City to Coast Event Rentals was founded in 2024 in Savannah, GA. After years of planning events and experiencing firsthand the frustrations of rental companies arriving late, providing poor communication, or delivering subpar service. We knew there had to be a better way...one rooted in reliability, style, and a deep understanding of what it takes to make an event run smoothly. So, we took a leap and launched our own rental company, built with hospitality and attention to detail at its core.

Fueled by strong client relationships and a love for helping people celebrate beautifully, we began expanding in 2025...adding inventory, elevating our wedding offerings, and introducing custom design services. We also proudly launched our services in Charlotte, NC, bringing our signature City to Coast style to a whole new market.

We also grew our team in the best way possible—by adding family. My sister-in-law, who has a background in luxury event planning in Italy, joined as a partner. Her eye for design and European experience elevated our offerings and helped shape the thoughtful, stylish brand we’re proud to lead today.
